The Peacock Society will bring the Parisian techno scene back to life this summer!!

Once again, Paris is expected to pop with intense electronic sounds and bright colors. Scheduled for September this year, the Peacock Society Festival promises the French ravers an event that will bring the Parisian techno scene back to life after a year of clubs and venues being closed due to Covid-19.

You've got all the reasons to be excited about this! The Peacock Society Festival is known as one of France's best-loved electronic music events that never fails to treat its audience to the most "delicious" beats by the most remarkable underground house and techno names. Also known as the festival of electronic cultures, it is now one of the most famous electro festivals in France, founded back in 2013.

Last year, unfortunately, the capital of France couldn't enjoy the traditional Peacock techno weekend event. But 2021 is a year of positive changes, and aren't we stoked to see what's coming next?

A New Home

This time, The Peacock Society takes on a new look, moving not only in the calendar from July to 4-5 September, but also to a new home in Parc de Choisy in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The event lasts for two days, starting from 8 pm to 7 am, transforming the venue into a house and techno temple.

But, although the festival is announcing some significant changes in order to provide the safest environment and prevent the spread of the virus, it leaves no room for worry. The loyal Peacock Society Festival-goers will once again get the quality and fun they are well familiar with, but this time in a bigger outdoor setting, one more embedded in the nature of its surroundings. This year's edition is set to provide more space, more color, more vibrancy, and more freedom in the middle of the woods. Additionally, it promises to be a diverse and inviting event dedicated to broader electronic cultures, from hedonistic club house, to digital live performances, collectives, and experimental micro scenes.

In 2019, the festival was held on July 5 to 7, at a different location - the Parc Floral! Last time, The Peacock Society provided a fantastic lineup which included names such as:

Bicep, Bjarki, Charlotte de Witte, Denis Sulta, Derrick May, Elena Colombi, Interstellar Funk, Emma DJ, Honey Dijon, I Hate Models, Jardin, Lorenzo Senni, Mad Miran, Modeselektor, Mount Kimbie, Mor Elian, Oktober Lieber, Olivia, RØDHÅD, The Blessed Madonna, Bruce, Clara!, Daphni, DEBONAIR, Helena Hauff, DJ Stingray, Hunee, Jon Hopkins, Josey Rebelle, Len Faki, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Nicola Cruz, Overmono, Octavian, Robert Hood, Toma Kami, and Yaeji.

The lineup for 2021 is yet to be announced, but knowing what the selectors had been offering so far, we are 100% confident they will not disappoint this time either.
